five simple ways to increase the value of your home


In today’s real estate market location is key, but value is a must. Homeowners are relying on the value of their homes more than ever. Here are a few simple ways to update the appearance of your home and add value. -melody vaughn

Curb Appeal
A well-manicured lawn, a few trimmed shrubs and a small flowerbed really add that extra touch.

Paint
A freshly painted home inside and out is the least expensive way to add value to any home. Choose colors that complement nature and are gentle to the eyes.
Bathroom
Replacing your outdated tile is highly recommended, but it’s not the easiest route to take. Instead, consider painting — try clean colors such as white or light blue — a little bit of paint goes a long way.

Kitchen
Remodeling your kitchen is always a great idea, but can be very costly. Simply updating the countertops or replacing the cabinet doors could do the trick.

Declutter
Clear out your garage, empty those closets! Allow your home to breathe!
