Over 600 new cars, trucks and SUVs from 38 manufacturers were on display at the 26th annual Atlanta Journal-Constitution International Auto Show. Held at the Georgia World Congress Center, the AJC International Auto Show has become one of the top auto shows in America. After previewing all 600 cars, ro decided to feature the most impressive automakers at the AJC International Auto Show.

Best Sports Coupe 2009 Audi R8

If we were presenting an award for the sexiest car at the AJC International Auto Show,
the Audi R8 would win by unanimous vote. The Audi R8’s lightweight aluminum frame and 19-inch alloy wheels give it exceptional style. It can also reach a top speed of 187 mph and goes from zero-to-60 mph in 4.4 seconds. Those who can appreciate speed are waiting anxiously for the release of the Audi R8.

Best SUV 2009 Land Rover LR2

The 2009 Land Rover LR2 brings a new attitude to the SUV. The 2009 model includes an all-wheel drive system that provides better on-road economy and a gradient release control that offers better handling on slopes and slippery terrains. Its 3.2-liter engine produces 230-hp and goes from zero-to-60 mph in 8.4 seconds.

Best Pickup Truck 2009 GMC C4500

The 2009 GMC C4500 takes heavy-duty pick-up trucks to another level. Weighing in at a massive 11,300 pounds, the C4500 can carry 5,000 pounds in the truck bed and has a towing capacity of 14,300 pounds. The GMC C4500 packs a powerful punch on the road and comes equipped with an 8.1-litre V-8 engine that produces 300-hp and 520 pound-feet of torque. The C4500 reaches 60 mph in 14.4 seconds.
