Fans of the Conflict series will more than likely want to check out this new game, even though it’s a little different from the rest of the games in the series. Conflict: Denied Ops follows the adventures of two CIA operatives, Lincoln Graves and Reggie Lang as they blow stuff up all around the world. Although Conflict: Denied Ops has fewer main characters than other Conflict series games, the relentless, shoot-everything-that-moves feel of the series is here in spades. If you’re into first person shooters, then this game is for you. Conflict: Denied Ops has minimal plotlines and lots of flying bullets. You don’t even have to worry about ammo, just shoot all the bad guys you want until your heart’s content. I had a blast playing this game. It was nice not to worry about stealth tactics, just run in with guns blazing. The only real problem I had with the game was Reggie Lang’s stereotypical banter. I almost wanted to shoot him a couple of times. But for the most part, Conflict: Denied Ops does what it sets out to do as a fun as hell shoot-’em-up. –dark abyss
