bloodrayne 2: deliverance

Brightlight Pictures

I know a lot of you are thinking to yourselves, "Another Bloodrayne movie. Why?" The first movie, Bloodrayne did have some star power in the form of Sir Ben Kingsley - but Bloodrayne 2 has none. That minor detail has never stopped director/producer Uwe Boll, though. Known for adapting video games to movies, Boll offers his second vision of the half-human/half vampire known as Rayne. Oddly enough, Bloodrayne 2 takes place in the Old West, with Rayne pitted against a 357-year-old Billy the Kidd, who just happens to be a vampire. So what you get is a movie that feels like Blade with a Western slant and, of course, a lower budget. While this won't be the best movie you've ever seen, once you get used to vampires with guns, it ain't that bad. -dark abyss
