Actor Lena Headey from the action film 300 is back to deliver beatdowns in this TV show based on The Terminator movies. Amazonian Sarah Connor (Headey) and her son John (Thomas Dekker) move on after the events of Terminator 2 to plot the destruction of the computer network Skynet, in order to avoid nuclear war. Far from a rip-off, this carves an original niche of storytelling in the fictive world of the Connors. It’s action-packed, suspenseful and, at times, creepy — basically first-rate entertainment. –forrest green III
