Ford Sponsorship and Alliances Manager

You would be hard-pressed to find someone more enthusiastic about their job than Crystal Greene. As manager of sponsorship and alliances for Ford Motor Company, Greene specializes in building productive relationships, and given her infectious demeanor, it’s not hard to see why she excels in her profession. “It’s all sponsorship and alliance relationships for Ford and Lincoln Mercury, in addition to youth and African American marketing and marketing for women,” says Greene.

“Being a young African American woman, there are a lot of challenges that come with having such responsibility,” she continues. “But the great thing is that Ford provided this to a recent HBCU grad. The company’s had a relationship with HBCUs for decades, and because of [that], I am where I am today.” Greene has maximized her opportunity, while continuing to help Ford break new ground. When the time came to debut the new Microsoft® Sync™ partnership, Greene couldn’t have been happier with the star chosen to help launch the exciting new technology.

“We are excited to announce the partnership with Chris Brown,” says Greene. “With the Sync™ technology being breakthrough, we had to partner with an artist that was breakthrough. The only partner that we thought could bring that to the masses was Chris Brown.” And Sync™, the new technology that allows you to voice activate music and other electronics in your vehicle, promises to be the wave of the future. “People are coming in and trading in competitive vehicles just to get Sync™,” shares Greene. “It’s the first time that you can voice activate music. You can use it for voice communication of your phone and Bluetooth technology. There are plenty of options and it’s affordable for everybody.” - todd williams
