The ability to give and receive love.
Having a sound mind and healthy body.
Memories.
The wisdom to ignore the insignificant.
Laughter; it really is the best medicine.
Doing what you love every day.
Good books, good music, good food (not necessarily in order of importance).
Silence; sometimes, it really is golden
Having a mission that feeds your soul.
Flexibility, because sometimes, it’s the only way to keep your sanity intact.
Freedom to be.
Miles Davis, Nat King Cole, Jimi Hendrix. (Yeah, I know I already cited music, but these were icons in their respective genres; jazz trumpeter, jazz vocalist and rock ’n ’roll guitarist.)
Great art.
Intuition. (Old folks say there is no substitute for mother wit).
Comfortable shoes.
The warmth of the sun in the morning.
