Jacquetta Smith believes in creating effective and efficient work environments. Therefore, in 2003, she founded Dominion Consulting, an organizational management and business services consulting company. Offering “production, profit, and peace,” Dominion provides innovative and cost-effective business services to a broad range of clients.

“[We] assess businesses, develop staff and help [companies] get organized,” explains Smith. “It’s very important for [business-owners] to get the most out of employees,” explains Smith, who combined a solid education with 20 years of practical, technical, and organizational development and business management experience to develop Dominion Consulting.

“I think a huge mistake is when CEOs or leaders don’t have the proper inner circle [or] manage themselves [im]properly,” Smith continues. “CEO’s should [also] be concerned with the success of their people. You can only … be excited about [a company’s] success for so long if no one is interested in your success. I encourage my clients to help their people grow as they grow.”

Smith is committed to the belief that creating a more efficient work environment and encouraging companies to invest in their employees’ well-being are keys to success for any organization, and she’s happy to spread the word.
