Detroiters on the prowl for the slickest urban clothing have a new and affordable option to satisfy their unique requirements for looking their best. The Williams Collection, established by local entrepreneur Ron Williams, caters to consumers of all ages, shapes and sizes. The urban wear entrepreneur says, “The fashion line offers affordable, high quality clothing to people looking to make a statement without spending a fortune.”
Williams, a native Detroiter, recently launched the popular clothing line and made a number of garments available at the International Detroit Business Expo’s Buy Black Weekend at Cobo Hall. “My motto is, if you work with me, I’ll work hard for you. Since launching my first clothing line, I have been hosting a number of events to get my name out there,” says the designer and emerging business mogul.
Williams sympathetically acknowledges that the current economic landscape is bleak and encourages consumers to become Williams Collection distributors, moving themselves in the direction of self-employment and financial independence. In an effort to give back to the community and provide employment for those interested in the fashion retail industry, he liberally offers employment opportunities for those seeking work or looking to supplement their incomes. “I’m looking to give back to the community and do the right thing. I want to do it big in Detroit and put people to work while helping them look their best.
