President and CEO, ECS Partnership McDonald’s Restaurant
McDonald’s Corporation has been heralded as one of the business world’s most progressive companies with regard to employee loyalty and corporate incentives. After 15 years of dedication to the company, Errol Service opened his own franchise operation. Now 14 years later, Service is the president and CEO of ECS Partnership and the proud owner of several McDonald’s franchises.
“McDonald’s Corporation is the example that every corporation in America should have,” he explains. ... “[Their connection to employees] is what enticed me about McDonald’s. [It’s] really one of the greatest people companies in the world.”
Citing guidance and leadership as the primary training tools, Service appreciates the company’s thorough process for utilizing their vast resources to help ensure that employees are equipped with the expertise they need to stay on track and maximize their potential.
As Service continues to grow and enhance his business, he’s constantly looking for innovative methods to hold his restaurants to the highest standards of service. “I’m unbelievably creative,” he states. “I’m a hard worker and I don’t believe in failing at all. I’ve raised the bar for everyone to follow.”
