President, Small Business Camp

Andrew Morrison prides himself on giving people the tools they need to be successful professionally. “I have the [pleasure] of traveling all around the world and I help people transform their passion into a profitable business. My calling is to teach inspire and motivate others,” says Morrison. “Once you remember your calling, then you want to find a cause, a project that you can tie into that calling that will help you generate money.” As the president of Small Business Camp, Morrison helps people find the best ways to maximize their potential.

Morrison believes in following the example set by other successful people. “Booker T. Washington said that success leaves footprints,” explains Morrison. “[You must find out] who had a similar calling and [ask yourself] what they did to make money. By asking those questions, you can begin to focus your business or nonprofit on a growth strategy that can begin to reach more people and generate more revenue.”

Morrison has very clear advice for anyone looking to take their business or career to the next level. “Build a team — it’s not simply about you. By working with others you can do more in less time,” he says. “For young aspiring entrepreneurs, talk to people and find out their pressing problems. Ask yourself, ‘Are they committed to solving those problems?’ and ‘Do they have the money to pay [me] if [I] become a solution?’ You’ll have a greater appreciation for customers’ needs.” - todd williams
